Linux + Cmake to build Windows executable
I am working on a project using Cmake. In the project, I want to build an executable that can run on Windows and Linux.
So far, my project structure is like:
project
├── CMakeLists.txt
├── src
│ ├── CMakeLists.txt
│ ├── GifTools/
│ │ ├── CMakeLists.txt
│ │ ├── include
│ │ │ └── c++
│ │ │ └── GIF.hpp
│ │ └── lib
│ │ └── win32
│ │ ├── CMakeLists.txt
│ │ └── gimp2gif.cpp
│ └── Makefile
├── project.cmake
└── README.md
Currently I am in a Linux environment. And I have CMakeLists.txt at src/CMakeLists.txt.
The CMakeLists.txt is like this:
project(GIF_Tools)
cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8.10)
if(WIN32)
project(GIF_Tools CXX)
find_package(Gimp-2.8)
if(GIMP_FOUND)
include(ExternalProject)
ExternalProject_Add(gimp2gif
URL "${GIMP_DOWNLOAD_DIR}/gimp2gif-${GIMP_GIT_SHA1}.tar.gz"
CONFIGURE_COMMAND ""
